Par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de la PLCI sociale dans laquelle est vers\u00e9 le montant correspondant \u00e0 vos avantages sociaux INAMI, vous vous constituez un capital pension compl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pratiquement\n<ul>\n<li>Un accord est publi\u00e9 au Moniteur belge et vous est envoy\u00e9 par l\u2019INAMI . Vous devez dans les trente jours de la publication, envoyer un courrier recommand\u00e9 si vous d\u00e9cidez de ne pas accepter l\u2019accord.<\/li>\n<li>Pour recevoir les avantages sociaux INAMI, vous devez avoir suffisamment de prestations M ou de valeurs M sur une ann\u00e9e (1.000 prestations M ou 15.000 valeurs M).<\/li>\n<li>Si nous ne r\u00e9agissez pas, vous recevrez un formulaire concernant la demande de vos avantages sociaux mentionnant la compagnie d\u2019assurance aupr\u00e8s duquel ces avantages doivent \u00eatre vers\u00e9s.
