Dit kan een stuk voordeliger uitvallen dan een hypothecair krediet. Dit kapitaal wordt meestal beheerd door een verzekeringsmaatschappij en pas uitgekeerd op de wettelijke pensioenleeftijd. Door de lage rentestand (en dus lagere opbrengsten) en de eeuwige interesse van de Belg in vastgoed wordt dan ook steeds vaker gezocht naar manieren om de pensioenreserves al vroeger aan te spreken en te investeren in onroerend goed.<\/p>\n<h2>Welke voorwaarden zijn van kracht?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Als u via een pensioenplan wil investeren in vastgoed, dan moet u als priv\u00e9persoon vandaag of in de toekomst een onroerend goed in volle eigendom\u00a0bezitten. Het gaat dus niet om vastgoedinvesteringen via de vennootschap of als naakte eigenaar.\u00a0Het kabinet Financi\u00ebn heeft aan Assuralia (de Beroepsvereniging van de Verzekeringsondernemingen) laten weten dat een voorschot op een tweedepijlercontract niet mogelijk is als de verzekerde slechts vruchtgebruiker is.<\/li>\n<li>Het onroerend goed moet gelegen zijn in de Europese Economische Ruimte (EER). De EER omvat meer bepaald de Europese Unie (alle 28 landen), inclusief Noorwegen, Liechtenstein en IJsland. Uw chalet in Zwitserland kunt u dus niet via uw aanvullend pensioen financieren.
