Dit is \u00e9\u00e9n van de bijkomende voordelen van de Rizivtoelage.<\/p>\n<p>Op het <strong>pensioenkapitaal dat op het einde van de looptijd wordt uitgekeerd, is een bijdrage van 3,55 % <\/strong>voor de ziekte- en invaliditeitsverzekering\u00a0 (ZIV-bijdrage), plus de solidariteitsbijdrage verschuldigd. Het kapitaal wordt daarna onder de vorm van een fictieve rente belast.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fictieve rente<\/strong>: u zal gedurende een aantal jaren een percentage van dat kapitaal als pensioen moeten vermelden op uw belastingaangifte. Dat percentage noemt men de fictieve rente.<\/p>\n<p>Het percentage is afhankelijk van de leeftijd waarop u het kapitaal krijgt; <strong>maar het bedraagt nooit meer dan 5 %.<\/strong> U moet de fictieve rente gedurende 13 jaar vermelden op de belastingaangifte, behalve als u minstens 65 jaar oud bent op het ogenblik dat u het kapitaal ontvangt; dan moet u de fictieve rente slechts 10 jaar lang aangeven.<\/p>\n<p>Net zoals uw wettelijk pensioen, wordt uw fictieve rente dan jaarlijks tegen het progressief tarief van de personenbelasting belast. <strong>Dat is fiscaal voordeliger dan een eenmalige belasting op het volledige kapitaal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ontvangt u het pensioenkapitaal ten vroegste op<strong> 65 jaar<\/strong> en bent u tot dan blijven werken, dan wordt <strong>slechts 80 % van het kapitaal <\/strong>in fictieve rente omgezet.
